You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund, in accordance with UK regulations governing the return of dispensed medicines.
If your order is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be considered where there is a dispensing error or a product has been received damaged.
